| SUMMARY OF COVERAGE |
ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND / OR PERMANENT DISABLEMENT
For the Whole Family (yourself, spouse and your children) between ages of 16 to 65 and renewable up to 70 years. Wide Personal Accident Coverage including Riot, Strike, Civil Commotion and Hijacking.
WEEKLY BENEFIT FOR TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT
Up to the amount of the Plan applied for – in the event of an accident.
MEDICAL EXPENSES
Up to the amount of the Plan applied for – incurred by the Insured Person in respect of any onem accident which include Chinese Physician / Bonesetter expenses of maximum RM250 per accident.
DAILY HOSPITAL INCOME
Up to the amount of the Plan applied for – in the event of an accident.
BEREAVEMENT ALLOWANCE
Up to the amount of the Plan applied for – in the event of an accident.
PURCHASE OF ORTHOPAEDIC EQUIPMENT
Up to the amount of the Plan applied for – in the event of an accident.
PERSONAL LIABILITY
Up to RM1,000,000 cover paid for your legal liability towards third parties in respect of injury and loss of or damage to property.
CONVALESCENCE ALLOWANCE
RM5,000 per insured person for necessary alteration to dwelling or motor vehicle and any other medical aids should the Insured Person be continually dependent on a wheelchair for a period of not less than 6 months.
FUNERAL, CREMATION AND REPATRIATION EXPENSES
Up to the amount of RM2,000 as a result of accidental death.
AMBULANCE FEES
Up to the amount of RM200 in the event of an accident. |
